How to connect your eBay account to Listing Engine
Go to Settings, then click on Integrations. Click the connect button — this will take you to eBay where you can log in and authorize the connection with your eBay account.
Navigate back to Settings → Integrations. Your account should now show as connected. Click the cog button, fill in your dispatch address, select warehouse, and add your phone number.
Creating a listing
Start by clicking Create Listing from the main sidebar menu.
SKU Setup — Input your product SKU code. If you don't use a SKU system, start at 1 and increment numerically. E.g. Listing 1 → SKU 1, Listing 2 → SKU 2.
Add the quantity, select the platform, and upload your photos.
Select listing type — Fixed Price or Auction. Set your price, toggle Allow Offers if desired, then pick your shipping, return and payment policies from your eBay account.
If you use the same policies each time, press the save icons — your settings will persist after the next page refresh.
Add any extra details — measurements, keywords (e.g. vintage, Y2K, stretch). Then press Save and Create. Repeat for each item in your batch. The AI drafts your listings in the background.
Reviewing a listing
Your listings appear under 'Unlisted Drafts' on the same page. Select Review on the first listing.
Tab 01

Withdrawing and Deleting Listings
Once happy with your listing, hit Publish to eBay. To manage published listings, go to Listings in the sidebar and select your item/s.

Delists from eBay but keeps the item in your Listing Engine inventory.
